Makwawa welcomes all visitors.

Makwawa campsite is the national campsite for the Scout Association of Malawi (S.A.M) it is set in the beautiful surroundings of zomba mountain near to Songani. It offers a full range of facilities.

It has recently under gone many renovation projects. The site has also been home to many expeditions over the past years from the United kingdom and America.

You can choose whether to stay in the guest house or put up a tent on one of the many campsites that are located around the mountain.

Hikes around zomba plateau and queens view are popular and offer fantastic wildlife and beautiful views
